I recently investigated a fire inside a bar, that was caused by the replacement of T-8 fluorescent bulbs with T-8 LED bulbs. It seems the occupant did not read the instructions that you must disconnect the ballast if you are upgrading to LED T-8 bulbs. I am wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and how widely known it is or isn't. Thank you
